BuckSnort

Boise Brew Minute (episode 35) – Kainoa from BuckSnort Rootbeer talks about how to make rootbeer, how he got into it and where homebrewers can go for supplies and ideas.

Outside of the interview, this is great rootbeer. I wrote up my first attempt at making rootbeer a few years ago. It wasn’t as good as BuckSnort, but it’s gotten better since then. It’s faster and easier to brew than beer. If you brew and you’ve never made rootbeer, you should give it a try.
