Well most of the time, we run around in circles, but we also do hill repeats. These are “fun” events. Here is the hill repeat loop and below are a few of our common track workouts.
- 2.32 Miles (+0.4 mile repeats) – Start at Boise High, run to Camelsback. Go up on the trail to the left of the main chute and come back down the stairs on the right. If you head back to the high school then, it will be 2.32 miles, but who wants just one set of hills? Each hill repeat adds ~0.4 miles.
