Boise Brew Minute (episode 73) – We talk with Bob at Slanted Rock in Meridian about their new approach to making fruit beers. Rather than add fruit with the possibility of contamination, he’s working with a new local company that produces dehydrated fruit dust which is sterile and still contains the flavor and nutrients of the fruit. He’s used the dry peach powder to make their Peach Jalapeño Pale Ale.

This was my third boat to start building and the first to hit the water (the others were destroyed in a move). I wonder if @edsobey will still honor our deal to return $30 when the boat is complete. We agreed to it when I was 14. 😂Fun family ride for #ChillyHilly today. From home, around Bainbridge, and back home, we cover about 50 miles with lots of hills in 10 hours (with stops). Liz joined us for this adventure. @an.avery.a.day rode about 4-5 miles. Strong work for a 4 year old
